Description

Instructions
  1. Slice all vegetables thinly into strips. Chop the garlic and slice the spring onions. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice them.
  2. Cut the chicken breast lengthways into strips, then into cubes.
  3. Add sunflower oil to a pan and stir fry the eggs over high heat until scrambled. Move them to one side and add chicken cubes. Stir fry until cooked, then mix with the eggs.
  4. Move the egg and chicken mixture to one side of the pan and stir fry the garlic on the other side. Once cooked, mix them together.
  5. Add broccoli, carrot, cabbage, peppers, and onion slices. Stir and add mushrooms and corn.
  6. Stir fry for a few minutes, then add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  7. Add sliced spring onions and sesame seeds. Season with black pepper, extra soy sauce, and a drizzle of sesame oil. Garnish with extra sesame seeds and spring onions.

  • 150 grams precooked spaghetti
  • 1 chicken breast

  • 0.5 broccoli
  • 0.5 onion
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 1-2 green bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 0.5 cup corn
  • 0.25 white cabbage
  • 0.25 sesame seeds
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • Sesame oil or sunflower oil for frying
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 blond mushrooms
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • Black pepper to taste
