Description

This easy pasta salad with chicken bursts with juicy chicken, vibrant veggies, and a zesty dressing. Instructions
  1. Start by adding the cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add in the roughly chopped lettuce. Add the chicken breasts, which you have pre-cooked in salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Add in the peas and cooked mushrooms. Add in the sliced spring onions, green olives, and pre-cooked bacon.
  3. Add in the ricotta and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the oregano, salt, lemon juice, pepper, and olive oil. Mix everything together. Add the croutons at the end.

  • 150g Farfalle pasta
  • 200g chicken breast pieces (stir-fried with salt, pepper, and oregano)
  • 100g bacon, cooked and sliced
  • A handful of chopped romaine lettuce
  • A handful of croutons
  • A handful of blonde mushrooms, cooked and seasoned
  • 0.5 cup fresh peas
  • 0.5 cup green olives
  • 0.5 cup parmesan shavings
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup spring onions
  • A good drizzle of lemon juice
  • A good drizzle of olive oil
  • A good pinch of oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
