Description

Making your own crispy chicken skin chips means that you don’t need to worry about what is inside your snack. You will know exactly what goes into them.

Instructions
  1. Start by removing the skin from the chicken piece. Use a sharp knife and gently separate the skin from the meat.
  2. Line a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper or a Silpat mat. Open the chicken skin and lay the pieces flat on the paper-lined tray. Use kitchen paper to pat the skin down flat and remove excess moisture.
  3. Season the skin with salt, curry powder, and pepper. You can also add dried herbs like oregano if you like.
  4. Bake the skins at 338F for about 15 minutes. You will know they are ready when they come out golden and crisp. Allow them to cool down for 10 minutes before serving them.
