Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped ginger, 10 g of skinless red pepper, 30 ml of sherry vinegar, 75 ml of ketchup, 20 ml of soy sauce, 20 ml of white wine, and 15 ml of sesame oil.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Once it boils, remove it from the heat.
  3. Stir in 15 g of finely chopped butter, 20 g of finely chopped scallion, a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. Allow the dressing to cool, then store it in a closed jar in the refrigerator. It's all set for future use!
