Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped ginger, 10 g of skinless red pepper, 30 ml of sherry vinegar, 75 ml of ketchup, 20 ml of soy sauce, 20 ml of white wine, and 15 ml of sesame oil.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Once it boils, remove it from the heat.
- Stir in 15 g of finely chopped butter, 20 g of finely chopped scallion, a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Allow the dressing to cool, then store it in a closed jar in the refrigerator. It's all set for future use!
