Instructions
- Generously season 1 kg of cleaned frog legs with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat 8 tablespoons of virgin olive oil over high heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until they are golden and fragrant, but be careful not to burn them.
- Once the garlic is golden, add the seasoned frog legs to the skillet. Sauté them over high heat, allowing them to brown nicely on all sides until they're a delightful toasted color.
- If your skillet isn’t large enough for all the frog legs, cook them in batches to ensure they brown evenly.
- Just before removing the frog legs from heat, sprinkle them generously with 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve the sautéed frog legs drained on a plate, accompanied by lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
