Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, pour in 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and heat over low.
  2. Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the oil, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Stir in 500 grams of round grain rice, sautéing until slightly translucent.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, mixing thoroughly with the rice.
  5. Pour in 1.3 liters of hot broth or water, seasoning to taste.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Let it simmer for 16-18 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, let rest for 2 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
