Instructions
  1. Slice the onions thinly and chop the parsley.
  2. Place the minced pork in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan and brown the meatballs, rotating them for even browning. Cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add butter to the meat-flavored oil, then add bay leaves and stir for a few minutes.

  7. Add the water mixture, meatballs, and sugar. Simmer until the gravy reaches the desired consistency.
