Description

Instructions
  1. Slice the onions thinly and chop the parsley.
  2. Place the ground meat into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Form 2-3cm sized meatballs and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a large pan and brown the meatballs for about 10 minutes, rotating for even browning. Cover and cook until done, then set aside.
  5. Add butter to the same pan, then add bay leaves and stir for a few minutes.
  6. Add sliced onions, cook for a few minutes, add salt, cover, and cook gently until translucent.
  7. Add white wine, season with black pepper, add 2 teaspoons of parsley, and cook until liquid evaporates.
  8. Add the water mixture, meatballs, sugar, and simmer until the gravy reaches the desired consistency.
