Instructions
- Begin by cleaning the 1 kg of Amanita caesarea mushrooms. Remove the stems and caps, ensuring the gills are free of dirt. Wipe the tops gently with a damp cloth.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 1 chopped scallion and 2 minced garlic cloves with a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 15 minutes until they become soft and fragrant.
- Add the finely sliced stems from the mushrooms to the saucepan and sauté for an additional 10 minutes until tender. Drain this mixture well and transfer it to a suitable baking dish.
- Arrange the uncooked caps of the Amanita caesarea over the sautéed stems in the baking dish. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season to taste.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake the prepared dish for 25 to 30 minutes until everything is golden and cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your gourmet creation!
