Instructions
  1. In a frying pan, heat a generous amount of olive oil over high heat. Add 15 strips of green bell peppers and 6 whole cloves of garlic (still in their skins) to the pan. Fry until the peppers are blistered and tender, then remove and drain on paper towels with a light sprinkle of salt.
  2. Lightly dust 4 thick tuna fillets (skin and bones removed) with a pinch of flour, making sure to shake off any excess flour.
  3. In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil over high heat (watch that it doesn't smoke), then add the tuna fillets. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they are lightly browned and cooked to your liking. Avoid overcooking to prevent dryness.
  4. Once the tuna is cooked, place the fillets on a plate lined with absorbent paper to soak up any excess oil. Top the tuna with the fried bell peppers and garlic before serving. Dive in and enjoy your delicious dish!
